About this policy

Sugar Pop: Candy Bubble Quest is a general-audience game made by Bawwasoft. This policy covers the version with optional Google AdMob rewarded ads.

Game progress

Levels, scores, stars, hearts, earned currency, inventory and sound preferences are stored on your device. The game does not require an account or send your saved progress to a Bawwasoft server. Removing the app may remove this progress; device backups are controlled by your operating system.

Optional advertising

You can choose to watch an ad for five extra moves or one heart. The game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to serve ads and manage privacy choices. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Declining to watch an ad does not prevent normal play.

The app requests non-personalized ads and does not request permission to access the iOS advertising identifier for tracking. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Required privacy choices are presented before ad requests. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Where consent is unavailable, ads may not be available.

For Google's handling, retention, international processing and privacy controls, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience, not specifically for children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Bawwasoft.

Support and your choices

If you email us, we use your email address, message and any attachments to respond. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided directly to us. Requests concerning Google's ad data can be made using Google's privacy controls.

Contact and updates

Email bawa.inbox@gmail.com for privacy questions. We may update this policy as the game changes; the effective date appears above.
